DIY Hair Treatment for Soft Hair and Grey Hair

Best Hair Treatment for Grey Hair | Molasses Hair Mask | DiscoveringNatural

Have you ever used Molasses in your hair? Well, today, I share my Molasses Hair Treatment Recipe.
I have been taking a tablespoon of molasses since January 2018 to help with my iron deficiency (anemia). It has helped me GREATLY.  I have also been using products containing molasses such as Kadima Organic beauty products African Black Soap Shampoo ( http://Kadimaobp.com)

Products in this recipe:
Organic Unsulphured BlackStrap Molasses: http://bit.ly/BlackstrapMolasses
Apple Cider Vinegar: http://bit.ly/Braggs_Apple_Cider_Vinegar
Whole Milk Yogurt
Rosemary oil: http://bit.ly/NOWRosemaryOil

I used this molasses hair treatment as a molasses hair prepoo treatment but you can also use it as a diy hair treatment.

There are so many benefits of molasses for your health, hair and overall well being. The best molasses to use is Organic Unsulphured Molasses. I got my molasses from Target but you can also find it here:
http://bit.ly/BlackstrapMolasses

Molasses s a waste byproduct pf sugar cane. It contains several vitamins such as vitamin B6. zinc, potassium, iron, calcium, magnesium, manganese, copper, and selenium.
If you have anemia, and even fibroid and heavy bleeding and menstrual cramp, molasses can help you. It helps to create more red blood cells and can make iron deficiency a thing of the past.

If you want to use it internally, you can consume a tablespoon of it a day or add it to a cup of warm water. Be careful because it can stain teeth and damage enamel if you don't brush teeth after using or if you use too often.

It can also help with digestive issues like constipation. If you have heart issues, such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol or even risk of stroke.

Since it contains vitamin B, it can help reduce stress. I have noticed this A LOT. Because of its high sugar content, it will give you a boost of energy. Try not to use too close to your bed time. I like that it contains calcium because it will help in maintaining your bone density and muscle mass.
Lastly, it can help with changing the color of your grey hair because the copper will deposit into the hair.

Healthy Hair Recipes You Can Try at Home

Hi Naturalistas,

How is the week going?

I would be sharing a post I read on BlackZulu Blog. I hope you find it useful

Healthy Hair Recipes

Look into your kitchen for the BEST conditioners to moisturize and revitalize your hair! Here are four different masks for each type of hair that you can easily make in minutes using all-natural ingredients you probably have sitting in your refrigerator or cupboard right now!

DRY hair –Olive Oil and Egg
In need of some major TLC?? Combine three tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil with two eggs and apply the mixture to your hair and let the mixture sit for 20 minutes before rinsing in the shower.
The olive oil will help hydrate brittle locks, while the protein in the eggs will promote healthy hair growth.

ALL HAIR TYPES — Avocado and Honey
Mash a ripened avocado and mix in a tablespoon of organic honey and allow it to sit for 20 minutes before rinsing it off in the shower.
Avocados are rich in a variety of vitamins and nutrients, including vitamin E and protein, both of which your hair needs to remain soft and healthy. Meanwhile, honey is a natural antibacterial agent.

OILY hair — Apple Cider Vinegar and Lemon
Combine 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar with the grated peel of an entire lemon and allow it to set for 15 minutes to absorb the excess oil from your scalp, and then rinse in the shower.
Apple cider vinegar will remove build up from styling products and conditioners and strengthen the hair shaft, leaving you with soft, shiny strands. It will also balance hair’s pH level, kill bacteria, and is a cure for dandruff.

DRY, flaky scalp hair — Banana, Honey and Almond
Mash together 1/2 a ripe banana and add two tablespoons of honey and a few drops of almond oil and allow it to set with a shower cap on for 20 minutes before rinsing.
Bananas can increase the moisture of your hair, smooth frizz and soothe your itchy scalp.

Choose the one that fits you better and bring your hair back to life (to moisturize and revitalize your hair)

Enjoy the rest of the week
