So why can’t we structure it in a way that the staff is rewarded, and encouraged to do more?

The way we have built it, you can earn something little to something very large. It all depends on your capacity. But one thing we can tell you is this; it will be worth your while. Anyone can tell you that we make products that deliver on their promise.
