Benefits of green tea for natural hair

Asides being the most healthy drink on earth right now, green tea is fast becoming the most popular beverage in the world . Its a great source of nutrients and antioxidants that benefits the body in various ways. Weight  loss, lowering the risk of cancer, improving brain function and preventing hair loss are just a few of the benefits of green tea.
