After last week's post, am sure we all know that the aloe Vera gel is a must have! That is why we have decided to do a post on how to extract yours in the comfort of your kitchen, where you are sure, it's all natural.
INGREDIENT::
Aloe Vera leaf
TOOLS
Knife
Bowl
Spoon
DIRECTION:::::
STEP 1
Wash the aloe Vera leaf to get rid of the dirt.
STEP 2
Using a knife, cut of the spiked sides of the leaf.
STEP 3
Divide the leaf into two and then cut through the leaf.
STEP 4
Scoop the gel out with a spoon into a clean bowl.

NB :::
- make sure you clean your hands and use clean tools, so the gel doesn't get contaminated.
- aloe Vera gel is very slimy so you might not enjoy handling it.
- the aloe Vera plant has a strong smell that you might not like.
- the aloe Vera gel is perishable, so do not make in large quantity.

After extracting, I mostly throw it in the blender and make some aloe vera juice.
