    What prevents me from moistursising regularly is laziness, and I always bear the brunt.

      Laziness really is something. I'll promise myself that I'll moisturize regularly and I'll actually do it for like a month, only to go back to square one.

      Yes, laziness can lead to breakage... because hair loves moisture and the lack of it can result in breakage.

    I usually carry a small spray bottle filled with my moisturizing spritz around, because I may forget to moisturize my hair before leaving my house. Sometimes laziness just takes hold of me and won't let my hair be great.
