INGREDIENTS
- 5 fingers of carrots
- any oil of your choice( I used castor oil and olive oil)
- honey
- ginger (optional)
- aloe Vera (optional)
TOOLS ::::
- grater
- peeler
- pot
- jar
- sieve
DIRECTIONS ::::

Add your ginger, aloe Vera ( they enhance the smell) and 5 caps full of castor oil
STEP 4
Set your pot on the stove and let it cook on the lowest heat possible.
STEP 5
Cook till, the oil begins to turn orange ( doesn't have to ) and the grated carrots tender
STEP 6
Turn off the burner and let the oil cool!
STEP 7
Put the pot in the fridge for few days or just cover the pot overnight.This is to let the oil take in as much "nutrients " as it can.

NB :::
You could squeeze the tender shredded carrots, to get out any oil that might be left.
Please do refrigerate

oh, Mabinu dear! I added honey immediately I added my oil! it's optionl! pls, do try it and let's know how it went.
Delete"to relax it", I only meant, to cool the oil and to let it infuse the carrot nutrients.
how long can this oil be kept for?
