What is the ideal castor oil dilution ratio?

Hello AN,

Just read your post about castor oil. i am currently using castor oil myself and i must confess dat i am not consistent. i am using the black Jamaican castor oil by tropicisles.

please what quantity of castor oil do you mix with your oilve oil or coconut oil. i have very itchy scalp as well and tea tree oil gives me only a short relief.

Thanks for reaching out to us. I personally use the cold extract castor oil  bought in pharmacies, cos I figured that since its ingested for constipation, then it must be pure. I normally don't measure when diluting but I figure I dilute with ratio of 3:1.

I used to have mad itchy scalp, but that's a thing of the past. I don't know  what exactly solved it, but I think its because I try to avoid build-up of products on my scalp.
