Ingredients ::::
Cucumber : it's rich in vitamins and minerals which helps hair growth .
Apple : has cell renewing nutrients, vitamin A which maintains production of sebum oil for hair follicle and vitamin B which produces melanin for healthy hair colour and shine.
Lemon : helps rid of hair toxins, thereby keeping the hair healthy and strong.
Ginger : helps hair growth and shine
TOOLS :::
Blender
Knife
Plates
Cup
STEPS ::
1.
Wash your fruits
2.
Cut in small pieces, pour into your blender, add some water and blend
3. Squeeze in your lemon juice and blend some more
4. Pour into a cup and your juice is ready.
While trying to decide if hair supplements are good for you or not, while not make this recipe at home and grow yourself.
