Protective style inspiration: My Havana Twist

Hey Naturalistas,
Sorry today's post is coming late.

Just wanted to share with you all my newest protective style. Havana Mambo twist is the current trending protective style. Everyone is talking about it. It is a pre-twisted hair that come in packs like that of Marley hair. It comes in different sizes too ranging from 12 to 24 inches. It can be loosened to achieve a twist-out look.
However it's pricey though.  A pack is about 2500 to 3500 naira (a pack has just 12twists) and you could end up using about 4-6packs for a full head. So that's like about 15,000naira on one head.
Luckily for me, I found a cheaper brand and was glad.  I didn't spend more than 3,000 naira. I used only 3packs of hair and I love it. Here are more pictures of the hair

What do you all think about the hair?

these look lovely. though i have a question. Observation first. I notice their seems a lot of hair attached, is this not heavy? Hence my question: How can this safely be a protective style if it is heavy? (that is if its heavy).

    Just inquiring

  5. Yeah it looks heavy, but I believe it would be light in reality

  6. Yeah! There will always be a good less pricey alternative. You may not be able to tell d difference.
Chunky twist isn't for me sha. I want to wear the hair not the hair wearing me. Lol

  7. They are really beautiful and nice....wld love to try ds out someday :)
