Hello everyone!
A couple of months ago, I noticed something that's quite common in the natural hair community - stunted growth. The back of my hair was growing faster than the front which was basically stunted. To be honest, I didn't take it very serious until recently.
I realised that the stunted growth may or may not have been as a result of some of the recent changes I've made to my regimen. I mean, that's was the only explanation I could come up with. My wash days aren't a weekly thing anymore but I never fail to deliver the moisture it desires.
Anyways, I figured I could try something different, watch it for a while and compare results. So, I've unconsciously started scalp massages. Unconsciously because I didn't plan it. I just started reading up about it before it got into my head. Then, I've added Eucalyptus and Lavender essential oils to my regimen to try and stimulate growth. I'm hoping I see some improvements or maybe I'm just overdue for a protective style.
What do you think?
Have you ever been faced with stunted growth? How did you deal with it?
Love, kinks and knots.

My back hair is not responding to the love and care that I'm showering on it. I'm at loss with what to do 'cos the other sections of my hair are lush and thriving. Wish I knew wat I could do abt it.
