Faux locs is a protective style that I believe is for people that don't want to be committed to permanent dreadlocks but still want the look. It looks like deadlocks only it is temporary. It's really really pretty but I don't think I have the patience to get it installed. It takes a long time to get it done because of the method of installing it. If you are doing it yourself it takes 12-14hours at a stretch depending on how fast/slow your are.

It can last for a long time but we recommend it shouldn't stay longer than 3 Months and it should be cared for properly, no one wants a smelly, dirty hair. You should care for the hair as you would normally.

- It shouldn't be too tight so you are not worrying about your edges.
- Daily Spritz.
- Moisturise.
- Use a satin bonnet/Satin Pillow at night.

Below is a picture tutorial of how to get it done;
