I've always had ...I do not see it as a problem. I've always had a problem with people asking 'how do u combat shrinkage?'. You do not fight it! It's natural for natural hair to shrink. That is one unique thing about natural hair. It's what I love most about natural hair;the fact that it's so tightly coiled that it stretches. Yes! That's it! It does not shrink,it stretches. The beauty of it; the more you look, the less you see? Knowing that your hair is actually longer than it looks. The shock effect when you pick a few strands and stretch for the doubting thomases to see(it's not like you even have to proof anything).'Shrinkage' should be embraced, and not fought with, I believe. I better go before I make this a blog post :)Scarlet Xihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08820538089937253921noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6143366796764247140.post-76442381907035497972013-04-10T15:38:24.261+01:002013-04-10T15:38:24.261+01:00LOL!! yes oh, its a major problem.. You aint serious. This shrinkage is...Lolllll Berry. You aint serious. This shrinkage is frustrating though, to be honest. Someone like me has 70% shrinkage cos of my hair texture. I only see 30% of the hair. And people will keep asking why the hair is not growing, they just don't understand, and won't believe you actually have mami-water length hair, lol. After a while, naturalistas just learn to accept shrinkage as a unique nature of their hair.African Naturalistashttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05959650242643247597noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6143366796764247140.post-49780590026837518362013-04-10T14:42:14.800+01:002013-04-10T14:42:14.800+01:00Erm, you forgot braiding!

I'm not great at length retention, and I allegedly underestimate the length of my hair. All I know is, if my hair isn't reaching my waist, it's not long! :p

http://berrydakara.blogspot.comBerry Dakarahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12228332437019976580noreply@blogger.com
