Can you tell us who you are and what you do?
My name is Mrs Aniedi-Abasi Aniefiok and I am a Business woman, living in Uyo. Akwa Ibom.

What are your thoughts about natural hair?
Natural hair makes me feel naturally beautiful without any attach and no stress

When/why did you decide to go natural?
May 2016

Did you do a BC or you transitioned?
I transitioned

What was the experience like?
My experience is so sweet, e.g... everyday some lady must ask me "Is this your real hair"...this makes me feel special

What was/is your biggest fear about going Natural?
No fear, because my Hubby loves it much

Do you have a regimen you stick to? What is it like?
Not at all

What emotional struggles, if any, have you faced since going natural?
No emotional struggle so far

Do you think you are in it for the long haul or is it just a phase?
I will be in it for a long haul

There are people that definitely have negative comments about your hair, how do you deal with that?
Only haters will not like my new looks (smiles)...I did it with hubby's permission and my hubby likes it when it was done, that's all that matters to me

What's your must have product and accessory?
My Products: My Permanent Cold Wave kit, Anti-dandruff Shampoo, my thiny rollers and Jack-5 Activator...My Accessories: Big wide tooth comb, Shower-cap

What is your go-to style?
Punk style, tie with a scarf

What advice do you have for anyone just going natural?
Anyone who wants to go natural must pick a befitting natural hair do according to her facial bones and shape. Also the person should buy an equivalent style of an hair-wig you wish to go natural for and look in the mirror, when is fitting; then you are good to go...cos this is very important, with this my tips you won't make mistake in making a good choice when going natural

  3. Most women I know whose husbands don't like the idea just transition for longer more than a year so they don't Have Short hair
