DIY LOUNGE - GREEN SMOOTHIE

It's no news that for hair growth, what you take into your body is as important as what you apply on your hair! That's why it's important to up your water intake.Well, in addition to that is the GREEN SMOOTHIE.
  During one of my research online, a lot of women agreed that green drinks increases hair growth, glowy  skin, less shedding and more consistent hair and quality growth in general. Some of us get supplements to help our hair growth but what if I tell you that the vitamins we need for our hair growth, we would have them in abundance in our green drinks because, our green drinks contains spinach , which is very rich in vitamins.
PREP TIME : 20mins 
SERVING     : serves one and served chilled



                 INGREDIENTS:::
 - handful spinach 
 - an apple
 - 2 bananas 
 - a slice of lemon 
 - 2 tablespoon of honey
                 TOOLS
 - knife
 - blender


            DIRECTIONS::: 
 STEP 1
              Put the spinach in a blender,add just a little water to cover the spinach and blend.
STEP 2
            Slice the apple, throw into the blender and blend.
STEP 3
            Cut you bananas into halves,put in the blender and blend.
STEP 4
            Squeeze the lemon juice inside your blender
STEP 5
             Add the honey and then blend till smooth.

                                               OR 
You could just throw all the ingredients into the blender and blend...





NOTE ::
     Make sure you wash all greens( vegetables) thoroughly .

  1. Looks good. Love my fruit smoothies though so far I haven't tried a green smoothie. I think grewn ones bring back memories of ugu water and co that mom made me drink. Eck!
    Good thing we now know that stuff doesn't have to bitter to be good for you

  2. I was doing some research on getting my core system back into shape. Most of it came back to getting more greens in the diet. So, I am looking to add Green energy drinks in my diet.
