I guess it's different on my hair. The pure extra Virgin coconut oil just sat on my hair strands. No penetration and.caused me extreme breakage, but for some strange reason, my hair loves shear butter. To each their own.
ReplyDeleteHaa, that's strange. Even if your hair doesn't like coconut oil, it shouldn't sit on it, cos of its tiny molecules. Two reasons I can think of is, if you applied a lot if it on completely wet hair, cos as you know, water repels oil, and if you applied it on hair that has been clogged up with build up. The second reason can also be what caused breakage. I'm really trying to wrap my hair around coconut oil causing your breakage.
